This letter is written to express our satisfaction with the services provided by Apex Manufacturing New Zealand Ltd throughout the installation of two commercial sized roller doors, during normal operational hours at the Rotorua Distribution Centre. The two technicians that came to our site were very professional in their manner, arrived on time and active participants in pre-start meetings.
We have been very happy with the quality of both the product and the service from the team at Apex. The doors are of a high quality and use some smart design features not available in competitors. The flexibility of the Apex staff to work in with inevitably tight timelines is consistently pleasing. I look forward to installing many more Apex doors in our future builds.
Apex Manufacturing have supplied and installed Motorised Roller Shutter Doors to a number of design build projects for Euroclass in the last year. Apex have always installed the doors in a timely and professional manner, with safety being paramount. Communication with our Site managers and the office, is excellent from the tendering process through to installation.
After our door was damaged by a forklift, I contacted Apex Industrial Doors regarding a replacement door. Understanding the urgency, Apex arrived on site to assess the damage and to measure the door. A couple of days later our old, damaged door was removed and a new, motorised door installed. Brilliant service and great communication!
